This two day course combines the single day “Healthy Eyes and Healthy Practices” and “Managing the Astigmatic Patient” courses.

 Day 1 - Healthy Eyes and Healthy Practices

Build a flourishing practice with satisfied loyal patients who come to you to maintain healthy eyes and successful contact lens wear.

With the introduction of new technologies in contact lenses the benefits of healthy contact lens wear have never been greater. As an Eye Care Professional you know and understand the benefits of these latest innovations however, the number of patients dropping out of contact lens wear is still high leading to dissatisfied patients and frustrated clinicians. This course is designed to help you satisfy your patients’ needs and drive patient loyalty.

This innovative one-day course will:

• Lead you through a series of peer-to-peer discussions sharing best practice with fellow Eye Care Professionals and experts
• Provide hands-on workshops to help you communicate the benefits of up-to-date technology to your patients
• Present novel practical sessions designed to interactively improve patient compliance and thereby promote healthy contact lens wear
• Arm you with confidence to proactively discuss prevention rather than management of complications
• Help you develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty to your practice

 Day 2 - Managing the Astigmatic Patient

The course covers all aspects of communication in relation to astigmatic patients. You’ll learn how to better understand their needs, make the right recommendations and improve their satisfaction. Includes clinical tips and practical fitting workshops.
