Course Summary
Every patient is different and the way we communicate with them needs to be tailored to their needs. Appreciating you own character traits is an important step in understanding them and how to get the most out of every customer relationship.
At THE VISION CARE INSTITUTE® we are piloting a new communication course aimed at building on your strengths and identifying ‘shortfalls’ to ensure that you always communicate effectively.
Developed and delivered in conjunction with specialists in psychometrics and training, this inspirational course will give you the opportunity to undertake a validated psychometric test (Hogan Inventory) in advance. We’ll then use interactive workshops to identify common and unique traits, with the aim of enhancing future behaviour. On this first course we will also ask for your feedback to further enhance the experience of future delegates.
